Building: The building is a 15,000 square foot concrete tilt up building consisting of 8" thick steel reinforced concrete exterior walls with the interior separated into two equal halves by a double sided sheet rock fire wall. Racking: The high cube racking throughout the facility contains steel uprights which are spanned by one piece rolled formed steel beams. There is a catwalk mezzanine for second level access. Security System: The exterior and interior of the facility are monitored 24 hours a day 365 days a year using a security system and fire system which consist of passive infrared motion sensors, magnetic door contacts and heat detectors. These devices are tested monthly to insure that they are properly functioning. There are also exterior and interior closed circuit television cameras that are viewed by a monitor in the main office and recorded from twenty-four hours seven days a week as well as an interior keyless entry system to insure the safety and security of the facility.
